- Operate hand and power tools and other equipment.
- Assist Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers as needed.
- Prep construction sites including removing obstacles and hazards prior to demolition.
- Hang drywall/light framing
- Knowledge of taping and texturing a plus.
- Load and unload construction materials.
- Remove, fill and compact earth.
- Desire to learn.
- Perform site clean-up.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude when communicating with clients and co-workers.
- Must possess a valid California driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 yrs old and able to work in the USA.
